Beginner Meditation
Have you always wanted to learn how to meditate but thought it might be too "hard" or "out there" ?
Meditation is something we can all easily learn to do, and is a great life skill which helps in the reduction of stress and promotion of well being.
At the most basic level meditation is really a focused relaxation. If we can still our mind we can still our body. Relax the mind and the body follows. Our thoughts are having powerful effects on our bodies – meditation helps reduce these effects.

I am now running individualised Meditation classes (a series of 3 two hour sessions, with a week or more in between). In these classes I will teach you a simple 15 minute meditation that you can do every day. You can come on your own or get together a group of friends and book your own time slots. I will tailor the classes to your own level of comfort and interest. These classes are suitable for beginners or people who want to get back into a regular practice.
