Jin Shin Jyutsu ® Physio-Philosophy
Routines for Daily Maintenance of Wellbeing
Many of us would like to have more control over our own health and well-being. Jin Shin Jyutsu is a gentle method (applied like acupressure) which we can use on ourselves and our families to help in both first aid and preventative situations.
This course covers a range of JSJ sequences that can be applied regularly to help us attain, then maintain, the best of physical, emotional and spiritual health.
During the day we will experience all of the routines in a relaxed and friendly small group setting. A day to pamper yourself with several hours of JSJ self help whilst also learning many valuable techniques to take away with you.
A delicious vegetarian lunch and morning tea will be provided (included in course fee).
Course cost is $120 which includes JSJ Self Help Book I.

In this course we will discuss the functions of the Jin Shin Jyutsu points (known as Safety Energy Locks) and how they can be used to address a variety of health and emotional issues. We will learn how attitudes can affect our health, and will also cover the origins and philosophy of the art of Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ).
During the day we will experience using JSJ in a relaxed and friendly small group setting. A day to pamper yourself with several hours of JSJ self help whilst also learning many valuable techniques to take away with you.

"Fingers and Toes"
Ever wondered why the Buddha statues are holding certain hand positions or 'mudras' ?
In this course we discover the power of using our fingers and toes to rejuvenate the body. We will learn some sequences which can be used every day to keep us in balance as well as some practical first aid. We will also learn about the directionality of energy flows in the body.
During the day we will experience using the various finger and toe combinations in a relaxed and friendly small group setting. A day to pamper yourself with several hours of JSJ self help whilst also learning many valuable techniques to take away with you.
A delicious vegetarian lunch and morning tea will be provided (included in course fee).
Course cost is $120 which includes JSJ Self Help Book III.
