SELF HELP COURSE

Jin Shin Jyutsu ® Physio-Philosophy

Attaining and Maintaining Wellbeing

“What can I do if my child has a fever ?”
“How can I reduce the stress in my body ?”
“How can I boost my immunity against that virus that’s going around ?”
“How can I increase my energy levels ?”

Many of us would like to have more control over our own health and well-being. Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) is a gentle method (applied like acupressure) which we can use on ourselves and our families to help in both first aid and preventative situations.

In this course we will discuss the functions of the Jin Shin Jyutsu points (known as Safety Energy Locks) and how they can be used to address a variety of health and emotional issues. We will learn a range of JSJ sequences that can be applied regularly to help us attain, then maintain, the best of physical, emotional and spiritual health. We will also discover how attitudes can affect our health, and will cover the origins and philosophy of the art of Jin Shin Jyutsu.

During the day we will experience all of the routines in a relaxed and friendly small group setting. A day to pamper yourself with several hours of JSJ self help whilst also learning many valuable techniques to take away with you.

A delicious vegetarian lunch plus morning and afternoon teas will be provided (included in course fee).

Course cost is $175 which includes JSJ Self Help Books I&II.
